Pastoral Staff

Pastor Kirk Welch began his ministry at CBC in December of 2004. (see biography)
 Associate Pastor Joe Penberthy began his ministry in August 2007.  He is married to Erin and they have two sons, Drew (2), and baby Drake.  Pastor Joe oversees our Children's Ministries and also serves as our youth pastor.
