Wednesday Warriors will meet from September
9th until May 4th from 6:45 to 8:00 p.m.  This
ministry is for children from age 4 through 6th grade and combines teaching, worship, memorizing scripture, local outreaches, discipleship and application of God’s word, in an exciting atmosphere that captures the true essence of Centennial Kids.  Currently, we are using the“Desiring God Children” curriculum.

The curriculum for the 2009-2010 year will carry the theme of "Fight the Good Fight" based on 1 Timothy 6:11-12. In this program, our students will learn the following:

They have a Creator.
Genesis 1:27: God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them.

They have an Enemy.
I Peter 5:8: Be self-controlled and alert. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour.

They have a Savior.
Ephesians 2:8-9: For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith-and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God- not by works, so that no one can boast.

They have a battle plan.
Ephesians 6:10-11: Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes.

They have the victory.
I Corinthians 15:57: But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

We will emphasize these points through time in worship, teaching, scripture memorization, and accountability groups. It is our desire for our kids to come to the end of this year, to the end of their teen years, and to the end of their adult years with the ability to say with confidence, “I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.” II Timothy 4:7
