Women of Excellence

The Women's Ministries of CBC exist to glorfiy God and extend His Kingdom by delaring God's truth and demonstrating God's love to the world. The focus is to encourage women to study God's principles for daily living, help them understand how to apply those principles to their lives, provide fellowship in small-group studies, and teach and reinforce practical skills so that women are learning the unique and wonderful role to which God has called them. Every Ministry is under the authority of our Pastors and Board of Elders. Some of our activities include:

Women of Excellence Study: Small group discipleship/growth groups the stem from the Home Fellowship Groups. Please contact the church for additional information about these groups. A study also meets on Wednesdays at 12:15-1:30 to study the Peacemaking Women book.

Women's Retreat: Churchwide event for all women to renew and rekindle their direction and love for the Lord.

Spring Fling: Come, and bring a friend! Outreach event that takes place during the spring of the year.

Service Projects: Cheer Baskets, Secret Sisters, Meals on Wheels, "Kitchen Time", Teen Events that mix the women and teen girls.

Several churchwide fellowships/dinners.
